The Court:- The instant application, namely GA No. 1 of 2025 is filed by the executrix praying for condonation of delay in filing inventory and accounts and to allow her to the file the same. Grounds of delay are explained in the application. It appears that there is no willful default on the part of the executrix in furnishing the material accounts. Delay is condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Within seven days inventory and accounts shall be filed in the department.

GA No. 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
