The Court:- The Memorandum of Understanding entered into between the parties indicates that EC/212/2022 can be disposed of as the award has been settled in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding. EC/212/2022 arises out of the award passed in respect of the loan agreement No. HL0055878 dated 15.03.2012. It appears that the Memorandum of Understanding has also been entered in respect of loan agreements Nos.HL0047421 dated 05.08.2011, HL0055897 dated 15.03.2012 and 186962 dated 15.03.2020.

Both parties undertake to withdraw all pending proceedings arising out of all the agreements.
