...for the respondent The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent agree that the one year under Section 29-A(1) of the 1996 Act expired on 30th October, 2022. The parties thereafter consented for another six months' extension upto 30th April, 2023. This is the first application under Section 29-A(4) for extension of the learned Arbitrator's mandate. Learned counsel appearing for the parties say that arguments are complete in the matter and only the Award is to be made. Since the parties are ad idem on the point of extension of the learned Arbitrator's mandate and arguments have already been concluded in the

arbitration, AP No.459 of 2023 is allowed and disposed of by extending the mandate till 30th September, 2023 as prayed for in prayer (a) of the application. (MOUSHUMI BHATTACHARYA, J.) kc.
