Both the parties submit that the mandate of the learned arbitrator should be extended. Mandate of the learned arbitrator is going to expire on October 30, 2025. The proceedings are at the stage of argument. 3.

Considering the fact that substantial progress has been made before the learned arbitrator, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned arbitrator by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order.
