In the writ petition the petitioner, inter alia, prayed for a copy of the current pay slip of her husband who is in service. 2.

Learned advocate representing the State respondents has produced before this Court the pay slip of the husband of the petitioner for the month of October, 2024. Copy of the same has been handed over to the petitioner in Court.

According to the petitioner, the figures mentioned in the pay slip are incorrect.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the employer for further enquiries/ clarifications, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Copy of the pay slip bearing Reference no.20241015394891 of one Ram Prasad Biswas, Deputy Director of Factories in the Department of Labour for the month of October, 2024 be retained with the record. 7.
