The Court: Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The penultimate line in the second paragraph of the judgment dated 07/07/2025 shall be as follow: - "The deceased also executed a codicil dated 1st January, 2019, specifying the beneficiaries and bequeathing his properties." In second page, the following will be inserted as the second paragraph - "A subsequent codicil was executed by the Testator on 1st January, 2019. The execution of the codicil was also duly proved and the codicil was marked as Ext.C. Manner of distribution of assets was further described in the said codicil. In the codicil, it was expressed by the Testator that the codicil shall be effective along with the will. The declaration of the Testator is in Para 14 of the codicil."

The existing second paragraph in the second page shall be substituted by the following one - "In nutshell, due execution of the last will and testament dated 06/11/2018 as well as the codicil dated 01/01/2019 are proved. Let the probate of the last will and testament as well as the codicil be granted, as prayed for."

The existing third paragraph shall be deleted. Let the original judgment dated 07/07/2025 be corrected accordingly. The review petition stands disposed of.
