This is the first time such liberty is being prayed for even though the matter was taken up on earlier occasion, i.e., on 27th July, 2023. Counsel submits that the respondents have also been served. AP/463/2023 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

The advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall communicate this order on the respondents by 3rd August, 2023.
