This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator.

Both the parties submit that the mandate of the learned arbitrator should be extended. Mandate of the learned arbitrator is going to expire on November 7, 2025. The proceedings are at the stage of argument. Both parties submitted before the learned arbitrator that they would take steps for extension of the mandate. Accordingly, the petitioner has filed this application.

None appears on behalf of the respondents, despite service. 4.

Considering the fact that substantial progress has been made before the arbitral tribunal and considering the Minutes of the 68th sitting held on

September 13, 2025, this Court deems it fit and proper to extend the mandate of the arbitral tribunal by a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order. This Court records that substantial progress has been made in the matter. This Court also records that the parties are not responsible for the delay.
