The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased without the Will annexed.

The three heirs in intestacy of the deceased are the applicants for letters of administration. The only heiress in intestacy being the daughter has given consent to the grant. The wife of the testator pre-deceased him. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
