The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 3rd February, 2015. It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that despite having taken steps they have been unable to ascertain the exact particulars of the judgment-debtors and service has not yet been effected. Diverse orders have been passed from time to time and the matter has been repeatedly adjourned.

In view of the fact that the award-holder has not been able to ascertain the exact particulars of the judgment-debtors, EC/571/2018 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file a fresh execution application in accordance with law after ascertaining the exact particulars of the judgment-debtors.

Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to obtain a certified copy of the award dated 3rd February, 2015 after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
