In this connection, a terms of settlement dated 18th May, 2022 is also filed in Court. Both parties are represented. I find that the Terms of Settlement is lawful and has been signed by the parties as well as their respective Advocates. In view of the Terms of Settlement, nothing survives in the suit. Accordingly, CS/245/2021 and GA/1/2021 stand disposed of. Let a decree be drawn up expeditiously in terms of the Terms of settlement.
