In the first page of the said order in the second line of the first paragraph, the date of the order mistakenly mentioned as "January 31, 1994" be replaced by "October 13, 2010". In the second page the last paragraph be replaced by the following paragraph:

"FEA No.6 of 2011 is allowed. The appeal and all connected applications are disposed of accordingly." Let such corrections be incorporated in the order dated 21st September, 2023.
