For the applicant The Court :-This is an application by the executor in an application for grant of probate for extension of time to file the inventory as required under the grant which was issued on 15th June, 2024 pursuant to an order dated 8th March, 2024.

The time limit for filing of the inventory is six months from the date of the issue. The time has expired on 14th December, 2024. Master's Summons for this application has been taken out on 15th May, 2025. After hearing the applicant and considering the materials on record, I find that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause for not being able to file the inventory within time. The time to file the accounts, however, will expired on 14th June, 2025 that is one year from the date of issue of the grant.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the executor that the inventory and the accounts are ready and can be filed at any time as may be directed by this Court.

Let the inventory be filed by 10th June, 2025 and the accounts be filed by 16th June, 2025.
