The Court : This is an application praying for amendment of the plaint so far as it relates to the name of the plaintiff company and the address of the defendants.

The certificate of incorporation pursuant to the change of the name of the plaintiff company under Rule 29 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 is annexed with the instant application.

It appears from the said certificate that the name of the plaintiff company has been changed to Duroply Industries Limited. It is also found from the Master's Summons that summons of the suit could not be served upon the defendants due to change of their address. The plaintiff wants amendments so far as it relates to the address of the defendants by incorporating their present address. Both the proposed amendments are formal in nature. Accordingly, the same is allowed. The plaintiff is at liberty to file amended plaint within a fortnight.

In view of the above order, prayers contained in (b) to (g) of the Master's Summons are allowed.
