Learned advocate representing Dumdum Municipality has produced a photocopy of the letter and the Memo no.1087/DDM/GEM/2019 dated 11.01.2019 signed by the Chairman, Dum Dum Municipality. The same has been handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner in Court today.
