1. The Court: Counsel for the alleged contemner has handed over a copy of the order passed by the Additional Municipal Commissioner dated September 24, 2025, which has been served on the petitioner. It was received by them on September 25, 2025.

2. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the said order dated September 24, 2025 has been challenged in WPO/785/2025.

3. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the order has been complied with and the contempt application has since been infructuous.
