This Court accepts the apology tendered in the affidavit. It is expected that the conduct complained of is not repeated by any of each of the contemnors. It is further submitted by Mr. Banerjee, learned Senior Advocate for the contemnors, that applications have been taken out to seek extension of time to complete the arbitration processes.

In view of the above, contempt applications, CC 35 of 2022 and CC 36 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.

Rule shall stand discharged.

Personal presence of the contemnors is dispensed with. There shall no order as to costs.
