The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 5th June, 2013 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. None of the heirs in intestacy cited has come forward to object to the grant. No one else has also applied for objecting to the grant. The Department has issued a no caveat certificate.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed as the Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness granting order in terms of prayer (e) of the petition.
