1. This is an application by the legal heirs of Kuldeep Saha, since deceased for extension of time to file an affidavit in support of the caveat. The time to file the said affidavit had expired in the meantime. This application has been filed after the said time has expired.

2. However, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case disclosed in the petition, the time to file affidavit in support of the caveat is extended by two weeks from date.

3. The said direction is peremptory. In default, the caveat shall stand discharged.

4. Since no affidavit has been filed, the allegations made in the petition are deemed to be denied.
