The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree holder that notwithstanding the order dated 5th December, 2018 the judgment debtors have failed to file their Affidavit of Assets in Form no.16A of Appendix E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

As a last opportunity, the time to file the Affidavit of Assets is extended by a period of four weeks from date. In default, appropriate warrants of arrest shall be issued against the judgment debtors. Let this matter appear in the monthly list of November, 2021. In the meantime, the decree holder is directed to serve a notice on the judgment debtors as well as the advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment debtors informing them of the passing of the order and file an affidavit of service on the returnable date.
