The Court: Perused the office report. The cash deposits made by two demand drafts of Rs. 90 lakhs and Rs.45 lakhs respectively, which is now deposited in the PL Account of the Registrar, Original Side at Reserve Bank of India at Kolkata, shall be invested by the learned Registrar, in an auto renewable interest bearing fixed deposit with any Nationalized Bank, till further orders. The bank guarantee as directed shall be deposited within the course of the day. This order is being passed in clarification and/or in modification to the order dated January 22, 2025 and the order dated March 21, 2025. (SHAMPA SARKAR, J.) sp/
