The Court : This is an application for execution of a decree dated 26 November, 2016.

It is submitted by both the parties that during the pendency of this execution application the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and differences and also entered into a Terms of Settlement dated 31 August, 2023. Liberty is granted to the Advocate appearing on behalf of the decree holder to file fresh vakalatnama during the course of the day. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, nothing survives in this execution application, EC/285/2017 stands disposed of by recording satisfaction in full and final settlement of the decree dated 26 November, 2016.
