The Court : The petitioners had challenged the election process of the Society and also wanted to participate in the electoral process, since their name had not appeared in the draft voter list. The said elections have been completed on September 29, 2024 on account whereof the instant writ petition has become infructuous. Petitioners are at liberty to pursue their rights, if any, available to them under the law.

The writ petition is, thus, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
