The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 22nd February, 2018. The matter has been repeatedly adjourned in order to effect service of the judgment-debtors. It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that they have been unable to effect service of any of the judgment-debtor and all possible modes have been exhausted. The judgment-debtors remain untraceable.

In such circumstances, EC/594/2018 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law and after ascertaining the exact whereabouts of the judgment-debtors. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) S.Bag
