The Court :- All the heirs in intestacy have consented to the grant. The discrepancy in the address regarding the place of death of the testator has been also clarified. In the cause title it is house no. 245, Sector-11A, Chandigarh 160011, but in the death certificate it was recorded as Sector-11B instead of Sector-11A. The executor has got the address in the death certificate corrected and the death certificate containing the correct sector i.e. 11A has been placed before the Court, which is accepted. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 1,60,00,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
