The Court : Pursuant to the earlier direction passed on 19th December, 2024, petitioner submits that the resistance which was faced by the petitioner has been solved. However, petitioner apprehends that in future such incidents can recur.

So far as essential services are concerned, in case the petitioner complains to the police authorities, the police authorities will assist regarding the issue whether any essential service is being obstructed and the petitioner is facing hindrance and only to that effect, on any information, police would render the assistance to the petitioner. Report submitted on behalf of the State reflects that the police authority has recorded Ekbalpur P.S. GD Entry No. 325 dated 04.01.2025 which reveals that satisfaction was expressed by the petitioner so far as the electrical repairing works are concerned. Let the report filed in Court today be kept with the record.

In view of the report so submitted and the satisfaction expressed by the petitioner, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.
