The Court: Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the respondents have regularised the payments and only one instalment is due as on date.

In light of the above submissions, AP No.444 of 2022 is disposed of and the respondents are directed to clear of the dues. The interim order passed in the matter is vacated. In case of any default by the respondent, the petitioner is further given the liberty to approach the appropriate forum under the due process of law.
