The Court:-Prayer of the petitioners in the writ petition is to afford an opportunity of hearing to them without insisting upon the pre deposit. Date of hearing by the Corporation has been fixed on 22.09.2023. The Corporation does not insist upon the pre deposit.

In view of the above, relief as sought for by the petitioners appears to have been allowed.
