The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the deceased. The widow is the applicant. The two sons being the other heirs in intestacy have given consent. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 17,50,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
