The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 10th June, 2015 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

One of the married daughters of the deceased is the executrix has applied for grant of probate. The other heirs/heiresses in intestacy have given consent for the grant of probate.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
