..for the plaintiff The Court: Counsel for the plaintiff is present and submits that by an order dated 8th July, 2015 this suit was dismissed by this Court and against the said order, the plaintiff has preferred an appeal being APD No. 479 of 2015. By an order dated 4th April, 2019 the said appeal was also dismissed. Being aggrieved with the order of the Appellate Court, the plaintiff has preferred an SLP being SLP No. 15072 of 2019 but the same was also dismissed by an order dated 29th July, 2019.

Let the orders be kept with the record.

In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the plaintiff, let CS No. 146 of 2015 be deleted from the list and should be recorded as dismissed.
