Dear Mr. Das, This is to inform you that our Hon'ble BoG unanimously decided in the BoG Meeting held on September 19th, 2024 and subsequently confirmed the same on BoG Meeting held on October 28th, 2024 not to continue the above mentioned case. Copy of the BoG MoM held on 19th September, 2024 and confirmed on 28th October, 2024 is attached herewith for your ready reference.

Accordingly, we do not want to continue with captained appeal. Please take steps for withdrawing the same.
