The petitioner seeks to return of the original certified copy of the arbitral award dated 19th June, 2025, with permission to substitute the same for photocopy, as the present petition was dismissed for want of territorial jurisdiction. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take back the original certified copy of the award sought to be executed, upon replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
