They do not wish to proceed with the matter further. On the basis of communication, counsel for the plaintiff prays for withdrawal of the suit. Considering the submission made by the Counsel for the plaintiff and the communication dated 4th April, 2022, CS No. 194 of 2011 is dismissed as withdrawn. All connected applications are also dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
