The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased without the Will annexed.

The deceased being issueless is survived by the widow who is the applicant for grant of letters of administration. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 1,60,00,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
