The Court:- It is brought to the attention of the Court that a proceeding pertaining to the company (in liquidation) i.e., M/s. Ajanta Leather Fashion Pvt. Ltd. has already been transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata.

In view of the aforesaid CP/595/2014 stands transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata.

The Department shall treat CP/595/2014 as disposed of insofar as the records of this Court are concerned.

All connected applications made in CP/595/2014 also stand transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata.
