The Court: It is submitted by the decree-holder that the parties have arrived at an out of Court settlement and the decree-holder does not wish to proceed any further with this application.

On the last occasion when the matter had come up, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly, this Court had directed Mr. K.K. Pandey, counsel appearing on behalf of the award-holder to serve notices upon the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. In spite of notice, none appears in Court today.

In view of the aforesaid, AP/456/2022 is dismissed. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
