1. The matter is listed as 'To Be Mentioned' on receipt of the report from the Registrar In-Charge, Original Side dated 28th November, 2024, wherein it reveals the matter was referred to the mediation but the mediation process has failed and report is submitted.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ application with the liberty to file appropriate application before the appropriate forum for the grievances of the petitioner.

3. Counsel for the State has taken the point of maintainability but since the petitioner has prayed for withdrawal, the Court has not gone into the merit.

4. In view of the above, WPO/778/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The dismissal of the present writ application will not prevent the petitioner to make appropriate application before the appropriate forum for his grievances.
