i.

In the appearance column, the name of Ms. Piyali Sengupta, learned advocate, will appear as leading counsel before the names of Mr. Orijit Chatterjee and Ms. Sabarni Mukherjee, learned Advocates.

Let necessary corrections in the appearance column be incorporated.

ii.

The word "Borough" should be deleted.

iii.

In paragraphs 14, 15, 16 and 17, instead of the name of Ms. Mukherjee, learned advocate, the name of Ms. Sengupta, learned advocate, should be incorporated.

Let this order form part and parcel of this Court's judgment dated July 25, 2025. At the same time, the office is directed to correct the judgment in the manner as directed above and upload a fresh corrected copy thereof.
