The Court: This is an application for enforcement of an award dated 16 December, 2019. Diverse orders have been passed from time to time. It is submitted on behalf of the award debtor that on 16 April, 2025, the entire amount due and payable under the award has been received by the award holder and the award holder does not have any outstanding dues in respect of the award whatsoever against the award debtor.

As such, the award dated December, stands satisfied.

EC/372/2021 stands disposed of by recording satisfaction of the award dated 16 December 2019.

All interim order stands vacated.

The Receiver/ Special Officer if any, stands discharged. The award holder undertakes to take appropriate steps for withdrawal all other pending proceedings between the parties instituted by the award holder in accordance with law.
