...for the respondent The Court: Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Parties are willing to go to arbitration and have left the choice of the Sole Arbitrator on the Court.

Accordingly, Mr. Anuj Singh, Advocate (Mobile No.9830202752) is appointed as sole arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties. The appointment is subject to submission of declaration by the Arbitrator in terms of Section 12(1) in the form prescribed in the Sixth Schedule of the Act before the Registrar, Original Side of this Court within four weeks from today.

Let this order be conveyed to the Arbitrator by the Registrar, Original Side forthwith.

The subsisting interim order which is till December 31, 2022 shall continue till January 15, 2023 or until further orders passed by the Tribunal whichever is earlier.

Parties shall be at liberty to file appropriate application before the Arbitrator for continuation/modification/variation of the orders passed by this Court.

AP/460/2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.
