We allowed the appellant to withdraw APOT/118/2022. However, the order went down as the appellant withdrawing the suit also. Appellant did not pray for withdrawal of the suit. The inadvertent error in the order dated November 12, 2025 is corrected. The first paragraph of the order dated November 12, 2025 should read as follows:

"On the prayer made on behalf of the appellant, APOT/118/2022 along with connected applications are dismissed as withdrawn." Department will incorporate the corrections in the order dated November 12, 2025.
