In light of the same, EC/375/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. The warrant of arrest issued against the award-debtor no.2 is, accordingly, cancelled. The Inspector-in-Charge of the police station and Superintendent of Police of the area concerned are directed to be informed of the said cancellation by the Registrar, Original Side within a period of seven days from date.
