The Court : It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the company that winding-up process in respect of the said company is in process. It is further submitted that a related matter is also pending before the Supreme Court. On the other hand, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that inspite of his best efforts he could not get in touch with the petitioner, who has not provided any instructions to him.

Considering the fact that the relief prayed for in the present case includes praying for a direction upon the Official Liquidator to take possession of the assets and properties of the company, this Court disposes of the present case with liberty to the petitioner to raise the points, if required, before the Official Liquidator and the Official Liquidator shall consider the prayers made in accordance with law.

CP No. 444 of 2002 is, accordingly, disposed of. All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
