The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 22nd August, 2012 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

One of the daughters of the deceased is the executrix and applicant for grant of probate. The son and the other daughter being the other heir/heiress in intestacy have given consent. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
