The Court: The plaintiffs have filed the instant suit praying for a decree for Specific Performance of the agreement for sale in respect of the said scheduled property and for perpetual injunction. During the pendency of this suit, the

plaintiffs and the defendants have entered into a terms of settlement on 29.09.2022.

The terms of settlement entered between the parties have been signed by the respective parties and the said terms and conditions contain the sketch map of each floor of the building.

Counsel for the respective parties submits that as the parties have settled their dispute by entering into the terms of settlement and prays for passing a decree in accordance with the terms of settlement. The terms of settlement entered between the parties dt. 29.09.2022 is kept with the record.

In terms of settlement entered between the parties, CS 163 of 2022 is disposed of by making the terms of settlement dt. 29.09.2022 as a part of decree.

GA 1 of 2022 is also disposed of.

The department is directed to draw a decree by making the terms of settlement as part of decree expeditiously.
