...for respondent no.2 in AP/466/2022 Re. AP/466/2022:- The Court: In this petition, there is no interim order. The matter is pending for over a year. Accordingly, AP/466/2022 is disposed of. The petitioner is given liberty to issue Section 21 notice. Parties are at liberty to act in accordance with law.

Re. AP/468/2022 & AP/469/2022 :- It is to be noted that the petitioner is enjoying an interim order for almost a year now. It is to be further noted that Section 21 notice has been given by the petitioner few days back.

In light of the same, AP/468/2022 and AP/469/2022 are disposed of. The interim order shall continue for a further period of eight weeks from date or until any orders passed by the Arbitrator, whichever is earlier.
