...for the petitioner The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the executor of the Will of the deceased, seeks to withdraw the present application which was filed for amendment of the probate application.

Learned counsel submits that since the probate has already been granted on 26th July, 2018, the application should be withdrawn. Learned counsel seeks to file application afresh for being permitted to proceed with the probate proceedings.

In view of the above, GA No. 1 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to file fresh application.
