...for petitioner The Court:- As prayed for by the parties, in the Order dated 10th September, 2025, some necessary corrections should be incorporated in the following manner which are as follows:- In the whole Ordering portion, the spelling of the name "Nilay Chakraborty" and "Nirmalya Chakraborty" should be corrected as "Nilay Chakrabarty" and "Nirmalya Chakrabarty" in every place where it is applicable.

At page-1, in the 3rd paragraph, the date should be "27.04.2021" instead of "24.04.2021".

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the Order dated 10th September, 2025.
