The Court : This is an application for winding up. The company has furnished two separate demand drafts for an aggregating amount of Rs.10 lakhs. The said demand drafts are handed over to the Advocate-on-Record on behalf of the petitioning creditor. This amount is in full and final settlement of the dues and any claim that the petitioning creditor may have against the company.

In view of the aforesaid, by consent of the parties, CP/603/2014 stands disposed of.
